Booking deadline: Book by 31 December 2026, or until all 100 eligible places are taken, whichever comes first.

Eligible stay dates: Valid for stays from 7 November 2026 up to and including 14 March 2027, subject to availability and the exclusions below.

Excluded dates: The offer is not valid for stays that include the nights of 24, 25, 26 or 31 December 2026, or 1 January or 14 February 2027. The offer is also subject to availability and may not be used on other public holidays, busy periods, peak dates, local event dates or special occasions when the property is unable to offer the promotional rate. Room limit and counting: A maximum of two rooms may be included in each booking under this offer. Each eligible booking counts as one of the 100 places, regardless of whether it includes one or two rooms.

What is included: The 20% discount applies to the live room rate only. Extras, add-ons, fees and other charges are not discounted and will be charged at the normal price.

Combining offers: The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, package or promotion.

Cash value and existing bookings: The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made before the offer launched.

Payment: The full cost of the stay, after the discount and including any applicable charges, is payable at the time of booking using a debit or credit card. If payment is declined, the booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully taken.

Cancellation: Free cancellation is available until 11:59 pm UK time, seven days before the check-in date, with a full refund of amounts paid. For example, for a check-in on Saturday 14 November, free cancellation is available until 11:59 pm on Saturday 7 November.

Late cancellation and no-show: If the guest cancels less than seven days before check-in, the full cost of the stay is payable. If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled, the full cost of the stay is payable. Unused nights are not refundable if the guest leaves early.

How to cancel: Cancellations can be requested by emailing hello@waythhotels.com. Website bookings may also be cancelled using the link in the booking confirmation email. The cancellation time is the time the cancellation request is received by the Promoter.

Refund timing: Approved refunds will be returned to the card used for payment, normally within 5 to 10 working days, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

If the property cancels: If the Promoter has to cancel the booking because the property cannot open or the booked room becomes unusable, the guest will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking. Any further rights the guest may have under applicable law are unaffected.

Changing a booking: Guests may change their dates free of charge up to seven days before check-in, subject to availability, provided the new dates fall within the offer's eligible stay period and are not excluded dates. The 20% discount will be calculated against the live room rate for the new dates, so the total price may increase or decrease.

Changes within seven days: Date-change requests made less than seven days before check-in will be treated as a cancellation and the late-cancellation terms will apply.

Changing the guest name: The name on a booking may be changed free of charge at any time before arrival, subject to reasonable identity and booking-security checks.

Cancellation rights for dated accommodation: Accommodation booked for specific dates is generally exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This policy sets out the cancellation terms for this offer, without affecting any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to the offer: The Promoter may end the offer early or change these terms for future bookings. Any booking already confirmed will remain subject to the terms that applied when it was made.

Relationship with standard terms: These terms apply alongside the property's standard booking terms and conditions. If there is a conflict, these FOUNDING100 terms apply to eligible bookings made under this offer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Wayth Hotels Ltd, trading as The Civic Hall | Wayth Hotels, with the property contact address at 10 Crown Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 8EH, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@waythhotels.com.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, anyone directly involved in running the promotion, and their immediate household members are not eligible. The Promoter may ask for reasonable proof of age, identity and eligibility.

3. Promotion period

The giveaway opens when the official giveaway post is published and closes at 11:59pm UK time on 9 November 2026. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be included.

4. How to enter

To enter, comment on the official giveaway post on The Civic Hall | Wayth Hotels' designated Facebook or Instagram account, answering the question in the post. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person per platform is permitted. If the giveaway is posted on both Facebook and Instagram, a participant may enter once on each platform.

5. The prize

One winner will receive a two-night accommodation stay at The Civic Hall | Wayth Hotels in Hebden Bridge for up to two guests, in a room selected by the Promoter according to availability. The prize covers accommodation only. Travel, meals, drinks, parking, extras and other personal expenses are not included.

6. Eligible stay dates and exclusions

The stay must be taken between 11 November 2026 and 14 March 2027, inclusive, and is subject to availability. Public holidays, busy periods, peak dates, local event dates and other dates when the property cannot reasonably accommodate the prize are excluded. The Promoter will confirm eligible dates with the winner before the stay is booked. The prize cannot be used on excluded dates.

7. Arranging the stay

The winner must contact the Promoter within seven days of being notified and agree their preferred dates. The stay must be booked directly with The Civic Hall | Wayth Hotels and confirmed by the Promoter in writing. If the winner does not respond within seven days or does not arrange the stay within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. All stays remain subject to the property's standard guest rules and booking conditions.

8. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes. The Promoter will contact the winner through the social media account used to enter within seven days of the draw. If the winner is ineligible, does not respond within seven days, or cannot accept the prize, an alternative winner may be selected at random.

9. Prize restrictions

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be resold, exchanged or converted into cash, and must be used by the selected winner. The prize cannot be combined with another offer unless the Promoter agrees in writing. Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner's responsibility.

10. Fair entries and disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, abusive, unlawful, duplicated beyond the permitted limit or otherwise in breach of these terms. The Promoter will administer the giveaway fairly and reasonably.

11. Privacy

Personal information will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the winner, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy. Entry does not automatically subscribe a participant to marketing communications.

12. Changes or cancellation

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make the promotion impossible or materially unfair to administer, the Promoter may make reasonable changes or cancel the promotion in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Facebook and Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility for this promotion. Participants provide their information to the Promoter, not to Facebook or Instagram.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
