Stay close to the valley, together

Hebden Bridge sits where wooded valleys, canal towpaths and open moorland meet, and some of the best walking in the Calder Valley starts a short stroll from our door. With keyless self check-in, you can arrive on your own schedule, settle in, and head straigt back out for the evening walk.

HOW IT WORKS

Booking a stay with your dog

01

Choose your room

Book any dog-friendly room (every room except 2, 12 and 14) directly on our website for the best price online, or through your preferred booking site.

02

Tell us about your dog

Email hello@waythhotels.com with your booking reference and your dog's name, breed and size. Booked through a third-party site? Please email us too, so we can match your booking.

03

Wait for our confirmation

Your dog's place is confirmed once we've approved the request. The £20 per night dog fee applies to every approved stay.

HOUSE RULES

Civic Hall: Dog Policy

We're a calm, independent boutique aparthotel with self check-in. These few rules keep our building peaceful for every guest, with or without four legs.

01

Dogs only, one per room

Dogs are welcome in every room except Rooms 2, 12 and 14, with a maximum of one dog per room. We're unable to accept other pets.

02

Request in advance

Every dog stay must be requested before arrival and approved by our team. A fee of £20 per night applies. We can't accommodate dogs that arrive without approval.

03

Never left alone

We don't have 24-hour staff on site, so dogs must never be left alone in the room, not even for a quick dinner out. Plan meals and outings somewhere your dog can join you.

04

Around the building

Please keep your dog on a lead in the entrance, stairways and corridors, and off beds and soft furnishings. Persistent barking that disturbs other guests falls under our Quiet Enjoyment rule.

05

Clean and considerate

Pick up after your dog outside and let us know about any accidents. The lead booker is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused during the stay.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are not pets and are always welcome. They can stay in any of our rooms, and no dog fee applies. Please let us know when you book so we can help with anything you need.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

What to pack for your dog

A few familiar things help your dog settle into a new room quickly, especially after a day on the hills.

  • Their own bed or a familiar blanket
  • Food, treats and bowls
  • A lead and plenty of poo bags
  • An old towel for muddy paws
  • Their favourite toy
